Leading SAFe with SAFe® Agilist (SA 4.5) Certification Course:

Leading the Lean-Agile Software Enterprise with the Scaled Agile Framework is a certification course designed to offer highly interactive simulation for adopting and implementing SAFe framework. Our course is led by qualified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) with rich experience of driving large-scale organizational transformation with Lean & Agile software development practices. One of the key advantages that the participants get, is to experience immersive learning opportunities throughout the workshop.

During this two-day course, you’ll learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.

Who Should Attend?

The SAFe Agilist certification program is for executives, managers, architects, engineers and any other agile change agents responsible for leading a Lean-Agile change initiative in a large software enterprise. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s so effective in today’s adapt-or-die marketplace. You’ll also get practical advice on supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions.

hands-on DevOps workshop designed to cater to the needs of agile practitioners who need to lead DevOps initiatives for their teams. In addition to providing a balanced view on culture, people, tools and process aspects of DevOps, workshop simulates engaging discussions on adoption challenges and approaches, collaboration aspects driven by Agile Engineering practices, Lean principals and System Thinking approach.

Workshop flow is logically organized into following three sections:

  1. LearnLearning the basics of DevOps, playing hands-on with the tools
  2. AppreciateDeep diving into why DevOps and its adoption challenges & approaches
  3. PracticeMaster the art of building effective end-to-end pipeline with clarity on goals

The objective of the workshop is:

To enable agile practitioners working in the capacity of engineers (from both Development & Operations world), architects, managers and other leadership roles that are accountable for business outcome, to learn how to build end-to-end pipeline hands-on with automated & continuous feedback loops and understand in depth what it takes to adopt DevOps effectively.

This is a focused agile engineering gathering targeted to enable agile practitioners and leaders of Embedded as well as System Software development organizations.

The objective of the gathering is:

“To enable senior developers & leaders working in Embedded Systems development organizations, to understand the need for embracing agility and learn about effective approaches to manage business risks using sound agile engineering practices from eXtreme Programming.”

  4. Enabling technical infrastructure to implement relevant engineering practices

This is part of a series of hands-on coding workshops and is designed to enable agile enthusiasts to learn about basic concepts of “clean code” and “software craftsmanship” by practicing various Agile eXtreme Programming (XP) practices. In this first session titled as “Unit Testing & Refactoring for real world”, participants would learn the basic concepts of Clean Coding, Unit Testing and Refactoring. The emphasis is on hands-on practice for real world situations.
